TSM incontinence trunks

Support covers the lumbar vertebrae region, the groin and the hips and down to the middle of the thigh, is slip-proof and is pulled on.

The individual parts of the support are glued togather and secured by additional blindstitches from the outside. The waist and the thigh area are both finished using a 50 mm wide neoprene strip which is rubbery on the inside and very close fitting, to ensure that (depending on patient activity) as little moisture as possible is able to seep into or out of the trunks.

The internal structure of the support ensures improved circulation and the good insulation warms the covered parts of the body, both of which reduce the desire to pass water. It is, however, still necessary to use incontinence pads.

It is also possible to manufacture a tailor-made product if supplied with a detailed sketch showing the required measurements including the overall length (take measurements every 6 cm including final top and bottom measurements).
